Foreword

My journey was never straightforward and not smooth sailing, but when I look back on my learnings, I would not have it any other way.

There were people placed on my path as symbols of hope –navigating their life challenges too. These people became my tribe. They kept me hopeful – like sun rays poking through the darkest clouds.

I hope that by sharing my story, others may feel safe and hopeful. By cosmic guidance we will grow to love, respect and uplift each other – and make this world a better place.
